Shipping, Returns and Exchange Policy
Shipping: We ship within the U.S. All orders are processed within 2-14 business days based upon the item purchased (custom items, etc.). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping charges are based upon the weight of total items purchased. Weight of shipment will be calculated in the shopping cart at the order summary.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.We are not responsible for any damages incurred to packaging from postal carrier or delivery service. You must contact postal service for replacement to any damaged items in any delivered package(s).
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and the item(s) are not worn or damaged, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return item(s) with tags attached in original packaging, to obtain a refund or equal exchange. After 14 days, purchases can only be exchanged for equal value or a store credit can be issued. Once we received returned item(s), we will inspect for wear & tear and damages. If item(s) are unworn without damages, we will issue a refund excluding shipping cost within 5-7 business days. All custom, sale, clearance hair & skin care products and cosmetic items are non refundable. A store credit can be issued on sale, clearance unworn items without damage with store tags attached. Cosmetic and hair & skin care products are not available for store credits. Custom order(s) are non refundable and not available for store credit. All sales on custom items, cosmetic and hair & skin care products are final.
